My sister came over yesterday, so dramatic. She has the same aniexty as me, but I'm not sleeping in a basement on a mattress that I've peed and bled on 24/7. You can't let aniexty take over so much. How can she be OK living her life like that? Her son beside her in a play pen? Does she not feel uncomfortable? 

She needs to grow up. She's 24 now not 14. 

But nothing has changed. Just now she doesn't have our mom helping her.... and it's clearly effected her quality of life. 

How can I help her without becoming her mother.
